How we assign our experienced chaperons and tour leaders to our tours?
Depending on the tour, destination, and participant age category, we assign one experienced chaperon to every 15 travelers. All chaperons are guided by an experienced Tour Lead throughout the trip. -
How to list all medications, special medical or physical needs of your child?
All tour participants under 21 years of age must submit their Parent Permission Form (online or via mail) at least 30 days prior to their tour date. We encourage all parents to detail any medication, special medical, or physical needs that their child might have during the trip, in that form. Also, we may organize parties where tour participants may be able to drink responsibly, so let us know if your child is not allowed to have a light drink at our supervised parties. -

What is next after booking my child's tour?
Here are few preparation tips: -
Make sure to attend our scheduled pre-trip meeting along with your child. We will contact you on the time, date, and the location of the meeting. Additionally, review or read any written communication that comes home from us and/or your tour leader.
-
Spend some time researching the destination with your child. On having the trip itinerary, you can focus on specific destinations. The more your child knows about the trip, the more they can get out of the trip.
-
Get your child to complete any pre-trip assignments, and it is better to do them with your child so you have a better understanding of what your child will be seeing and learning on the trip.
-
As approaching to the tour date, make sure your child understands all of the rules the tour leader has set for the trip and is prepared to follow those rules.

How can I communicate with my child while she/he is on the tour?
Our rules and policies regarding cell phone may vary depending on the destination, participant age category, and other factors, so check with your tour leader(s) about any specific rules they may have regarding cell phones. Also, keep in mind that while being on the tour, your child may have a very full itinerary, so, you may be able to communicate with your child only once or twice.
