1. How does WEG2G works?
It only takes three easy steps: 1) Sign-up as a new member. 2) Create a Group or join another Group. 3) Post/join a Plan and have fun.

- 3. What does WEG2G stand for? WEG2G stands for WE Go 2Gether, WE Get 2Gether, and WE Group 2Gether.
- 4. Is WEG2G free? All services offered within WEG2G are free.
- 5. Is there any age limit? Most services offered within WEG2G are targeted for mature viewers (18+). However, depending on the type of WEG2G service, age limit may vary. So make sure to read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy thoroughly in addition to special terms related to our individual services.

1. What are the services offered by Above Zest?
We offer concerts, tours, Connection House (where students and young alumni from cross majors and cross universities get-together to network and grow professionally), VIP services, and services for students like Book Planet and PickMeUp. Our services are primarily crafted and targeted for users between 13-30 years old located in MD, VA, and DC.

2. Should we pay for using the Above Zest services?
Attending concerts and some career events and/or going on a tour will require a ticket. The other offered services within Above Zest are free for Above Zest users.

3. Is there any age limit for using the Above Zest site?
Anyone above 13 is welcomed to use our site. Also, most services offered within the site are related to students and young alumni.
- 4. Is the Above Zest membership free? Yes, we do not have membership plan.

Yes! On registering with Above Zest, you can go to My Account to search your past or view your recent transactions.

- 1. Are there any age restrictions at the 510 Club? Anybody over the age of 13 may attend a show at the 510 Club
- 2. Does the 510 Club serve alcohol? No. The 510 Club is an alcohol-free venue.
- 3. What time do the shows start? Start times and end times of each show are available on our website and your ticket.
- 4. How can I purchase tickets? Tickets can be purchased from our website, authorized promoters, and/or our box office. In some cases, the tickets may be sold at the door.
- 5. I purchased a ticket from the box office (or authorized promoters), but I can no longer attend the show. Can I exchange or sell my ticket? Absolutely. With our Ticket Mall service, you can sell or exchange your ticket with other Ticket Mall users. Please refer to our Ticket Mall FAQ for more details.
- 6. Does the 510 Club have a dress code? We reserve the right to refuse entry to anybody who is dressed offensively or inappropriately.
- 7. Am I allowed to take pictures or record the show? Yes, depending on the show/artist. Flash photography is always forbidden.

10. Can my band play at the 510 Club?
We encourage all up-and-coming bands to submit their request via our website or mobile app.
- 11. Can I bring food into the 510 Club?? There is no outside food or drink permitted in the 510 Club.
- 12. Can I smoke inside the 510 Club? No. Smoking is not permitted in the 510 Club.

13. What happens if an event is canceled or postponed?
Depending on the event, it may be rescheduled. See our Concert Policies for details.

Yes. Local promoters with prior promotion experience for live events are encouraged to contact us via phone or our Get-in-touch form for consideration. Please refer to our Promoter FAQ for further details.

- 17. Does the 510 Club have a lost and found? No. We take no responsibility for items lost or left by attendees.

1. What is Connections?
On registering with WEG2G, you can add or invite your friends from other social sites. All added or invited friends will be appeared in your Acquaintance or A list. Then, you can promote them into your Friendship list

2. What is the difference between Acquaintance (A) and Friendship (F)?
You should add people you meet for one or short time in a project, in a course, in sport, conference, or concert, in casual coffee hour, and many other occasions in your A list. Indeed, you only add people with whom you feel comfortable to go out, hang-out, and have fun, (especially people you know well) in your F list. Also, depending on how close you are with someone, the depth of your information shared by WEG2G with him/her will vary.

3. What is Togetherness (T) and how it differs from F?
After grouping, going, and/or getting together with your friends in several occasions in the forms of group meetup, the WEG2G will match you up with your ideal companion for a one-to-one dating. After match-up, she or he will appear in your T list.Â

4. What is group dating or group mixing?
One of main objectives of the G2G services is to get ladies and guys even-handedly together to meet in groups of 4, 6, 8, or 10 and have fun. Instead of anxious and stressful one-to-one dating, you’ll try a safe, collegial, and fun way to meet new girls and guys.

5. What is Togetherness (T) and Beyond?
It’s related to relationship where the WEG2G matches you up with one of the ladies or guys in your T list for a serious relationship, engagement, or even marriage.
- 6. Can I add my friend(s) in T or T & Beyond? No, only the WEG2G system can do this through our match-up process.
- 1. What is the WEG2G Group? It is a place where site members can create their Group profile.

2. What is the role of a Group Lead?
A member of the site can either be a Group member or a Group Lead of only one Group. A Group Lead creates the Group, manages its members, posts plans on behalf of the Group, and joins other Plans on behalf of the Group.

3. What are the policies for the Group size and Group gender?
All Group members MUST be the same gender in Group sizes of two, three, or four people (including Group Lead).

4. Can members join or leave a Group?
Upon the creation of a Group, all potential members will receive a Group join request. Once all of the members have joined the Group, the Group will be activated. An active Group can post Plans or join other Plans. A Member of a Group may leave its Group, and the Group size automatically will be downgraded.
- 5. What is Group rate and Group score? Site users can rate a Group. The Group score is the average of all rates.
- 6. What is Group reliability index? How it is calculated? How frequently it is updated? There are five factors that are taken into consideration for calculating a Group reliability index. I) ratio of Group posted plans to completed ones, II) ratio of Group join requests to accepted ones, III) ratio of other join request to accepted ones by Group, IV) average Group rate, and V) Group age. The reliability index takes a value between 0 and 50 (higher is better), and it is updated on monthly basis. It simply reflects how reliable a Group is.

7. What is Group age?
Group age is the number of days from the Group formation date.

8. What is Group timeline?
Group timeline shows briefly the history of the group, including all of the members that joined and/or left the Group over the process of time.

9. How should I report an offending Group?
Go to the Group profile page, and select Report

1. How many plans can a Group Lead post?
The Group Lead of an active Group can post a maximum of five Plans per day, each of which should address a different time of day. Also, if the Group has already confirmed a Plan, then that Plan date and time can not be selected.

2. How can a Group Lead accept other Group join requests?
On the Plan section of WEG2G, there is a plan join request link. This advance service allows the Group Lead to keep track of all plan requests submitted by other Groups for a given date and time.
- 3. What is a Plan Calendar? It is a place to quickly review all the confirmed Plans of the Group in upcoming days. This advance service allows Group members and Group Lead to easily manage their upcoming Plans.

4. How do I know that another Group has accepted our plan?
There are three ways in which we inform you on a Plan acceptance: I) via our notification service which is available after each login to site. II) via the Plan section of WEG2G, where you can view all the accepted Plans. III) via the Plan Calendar service as described in the previous answer.

5. What happens after we have joined another Group Plan or the other way around?
After two Groups meet each other in Plans, we update the “People I Met†section of My Connection. After meeting enough people, see Matchup FAQ for details, then you can send a Matchup request.
- 6. How can I search or view the Plan history? Select Locate to search a Plan and go to Plan History to view your Group Plan activity.

1. What is the WEG2G Event structure?
An Event can have a maximum of one Lead and two organizers as the Lead support. The Event Lead can only post, edit, and/or cancel an Event.

2. Can the Event Lead update the event?
Yes, after Event Lead updates an Event, all the attending members will receive an email message for the update.
- 3. Can the Event Lead cancel the event? Yes, after an Event cancellation, all attending members will receive an email regarding cancellation.
- 4. Will the Event attendants receive a reminder message prior to the Event date? Yes, all attendants receive a reminder email message prior to their event.

5. Can the Event Lead contact the attendants?
Yes, s/he can. However, if attendants report the abuse of this service, the Event will be removed from our site.
- 6. What types of Events can be posted? We are open to all types of Events.
- 7. How can I invite my friend to the Event? While an Event Lead posts a new Event, s/he can easily invite its connections to the event.
