Day 1: PANAMA
CITY
Welcome to Panama!
Arrive at any time in Panama City,
then check in your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day. Please try to
arrive before 9:30pm for an important group dinner meeting where we'll meet
with our Tour Guide and other group members.

Day 2: PANAMA
CITY
Today after breakfast, we have a full day to explore this
fantastic city! Starting with an incredible view from atop Cerro Ancon before
we head to Miraflores Locks and museum on the canal. We follow the Panama Canal
to Punta Culebra (owned by the Smithsonian) where we might see sloths, iguanas
and some of Panama’s marine life, all while learning about the history of
Panama, the canal, and the ships passing through. Have lunch on the Amador
Causeway with fantastic views of the city skyline before a final stop in old
town (Casco Viejo) for a tour that will take you back in time. Enjoy your 2nd
night in the city.

Day 3: PANAMA
CITY
Today after breakfast, we get ready for day of adventure by
snorkeling in the Caribbean. After
launch, we visit Portobelo, a UNESCO world heritage site, which is discovered
by Columbus,
attacked by pirates and provided a gateway to 1/3rd of the world’s gold. Then,
we do zip-lining in the jungle.

Day 4: SOBERANIA
Today after breakfast, we visit the monkeys and the Indians
and head to the hills! Soberania is full of wildlife and is a wonderful place
to watch for monkeys, sloths, the Harpy Eagle and hundreds of bird species.

Day 5: ANTON VALLEY & SANTA CATALINA
After breakfast at El Valle, we have a tour of Panama's scenic Anton Valley.
The Anton Valley is located within the crater of
the second-largest inhabited dormant volcano in the world. Visit the Macho
Cascade, where the 114-foot waterfall tumbles down over ancient rocks and
stones. After lunch we will head to Santa Catalina.

Day 6: SANTA CATALINA
Today after breakfast, we head to visit Coiba National Park,
a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Coiba or also known as the poor man’s Galapagos is
one of those hard to reach places that is worth the effort of getting there!
One million acre Coiba
National Park which encompasses much
of the Gulf of Chiriqui
and some of the Gulf
of Montijo, has the honor
of being named a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It has achieved international
acclaim testifying to the significant impact these Panama islands and abundant waters.
This is the bridge between humanity and nature.
Optional Activity: Coiba
Snorkeling and Diving Tour
Today afternoon, you have an option to snorkel or dive at
one the most sought-after diving destinations in the world. Coiba National Park
contains the second largest reef in the Central-Eastern Pacific Ocean. This
provides Coiba divers and underwater photographers with the possibility of
seeing 760 species of fish, 23 different species of whales and dolphins as well
as white tip reef sharks, Galapagos Sharks, tiger sharks, hammerhead sharks,
Sailfish, Leatherback Turtles, Giant Tuna Fish, Rays and puffer fish.

Day 7: BOQUETE
Today after breakfast, we head out in the morning and drive
to Boquete. Boquete is nestled into the mountains and is the adventure capital
of Panama.
On the way we can stop in Caldera to visit the hot springs and soak in the therapeutic
waters.

Boquete
Day 8: BOQUETE
Today after breakfast, you can spend the whole day at your
leisure.
Morning Optional
Activity: Zip Lining Canopy Tour
You have an option to glide on zip lines through the canopy
of century-old cloud forests, high above the pristine rivers and waterfalls
that make up the incredible collection of natural landscapes bordering the
National Park La Amistad and the famous Baru Volcano. With 3 kilometers in
total length divided into 12 different zip line cables, you will glide through
trees to encounter canopy flora and wildlife.
Afternoon Optional
Activity: Coffee Plantation & Hike Tour
You have an option to take a tour of a coffee plantation and
hike to the continental divide followed by a short trip to the volcano.
