| Specific Qualifications: |
Demonstrated experience in and/or knowledge of leading tours or group trips required; drawn and refined tour itineraries including cost and revenue analyses; experienced in reaching and negotiating with different parties; fostered attention to details and time MGMT skills

| Duties: |
Review and refine all Above Zest tours; negotiate with airlines, hotels, and the other parties; assign chaperons and Tour Leaders to each trip; conduct customer surveys, chat supports, and information sessions with prospect travelers; develop trip bundling plans for selected destinations; craft and refine individual trip requirement analyses and contingency plans
