Welcome to United States of America! In a 12 day journey, you visit and experience the best of Washington DC, New York city, and Boston city. A magnificent history retreat from the formation of first USA inhabited city- Boston to the modern capital city of DC to New York or the center of world trade and fashion. We start off our trip by visiting the U.S. government places such as White House, Capital Hill, magnificent museums and monuments in DC. We continue our trip from DC to Gettysburg National Military Park then we arrive at Big Apple with its renowned skyscrapers. After exploring the New York city, we go to Boston city. Whether you wish to immerse in U.S. History or visit the most developed cities of the world, a trip to DC, NY, and MA offers it all. 

Trip Daily Itinerary

This is truly an All-American holiday, complete with the heritage of our nation’s capital and the historic charm of Williamsburg. Tonight, meet your fellow travelers at 6:00 p.m. for a welcome dinner hosted by your Tour Lead.

After breakfast we begin sightseeing in our nation’s capital with a visit to Arlington National Cemetery and the John F. Kennedy Memorial. View the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the Women in Military Service Memorial. During our touring in DC’s mall area we’ll see the FDR, Vietnam and Lincoln Memorials. We’ll also make a stop at the National WWII Memorial, the first national memorial dedicated to all who served during World War II. After dinner this evening, an incredible Illumination tour of Washington, DC tops off this exciting day as we see the memorials and monuments bathed in flood lights, including the U.S. Capitol and the White House. 

Today we visit the National Museum of the Marine Corps, a lasting tribute to the U.S. Marines-past, present and future. The museum features world-class interactive exhibits using the most innovative technology surrounding visitors with irreplaceable artifacts and immerse them in the sights and sounds of Marines in action. Later, we make our way to nearby Annapolis for an on-own lunch. Then we embark on a guided walking tour of the U.S. Naval Academy. Learn about the history, architecture and traditions of the Academy as well as particulars on midshipman life. See Lejeune Hall, Herndon Monument and the Main Chapel.
Optional Activity: DC Monuments by Moonlight Night Cruise 
Explore the famous monuments and memorials of Washington, DC by the light of night on this one hour sightseeing cruise. Hop aboard a modern cruise boat and enjoy the breathtaking nighttime view of our nation’s capital. Travel along the Potomac River to see many other landmark locations. This is a truly unique look at the iconic monuments of Washington, DC by night.

No tour of colonial America is complete without a stop at Mount Vernon, the expansive estate of George and Martha Washington. Visit the new Ford Orientation Center and the Donald W. Reynolds Museum where you will have the chance to experience Washington's life through movies and exhibitions. Explore his mansion filled with 18th-century treasures and stroll the gardens of this 45-acre estate and take in the views of the Potomac River from the mansion’s piazza. Afternoon at leisure , you can walk on your own in the historical Georgetown, lovely place boasting nice shops, restaurants and cafes.

Optional Activity:  Dulles Airspace Museum Tour  
The official name of the Museum is the Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, Virginia. Opened in 2003, its two huge hangars – the Boeing Aviation Hangar and James S. McDonnell Space Hangar – display thousands of aviation and space aircrafts, including a Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird, a Concorde, and the Space Shuttle Discovery. The Center also offers the Airbus IMAX Theater and Observation Tower, which gives you a 260-degree bird’s-eye view of Washington Dulles International Airport.

After breakfast at the hotel we board the coach and head to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. At the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitor Center we see the feature film A New Birth of Freedom, which orients us on the Battle of Gettysburg. Then, we see the restored Cyclorama painting, the Battle of Gettysburg, the largest painting in the county. Lunch is at the Dobbin House Tavern, the oldest building in Gettysburg, which features historic furnishings and costumed wait staff. A licensed Gettysburg guide leads us on an in-depth look at this historic three-day battle. Learn about the “Peach Orchard” and “Roundtop” while passing through the hallowed ground of what became the major turning point of the war. Then we continue our drive to New York City where we arrive in the evening. After check-in at your hotel right at the Times Square gear up to enjoy the Eve of the New Year and don’t miss it the New Year Ball drop!

There is so much to see in this amazing city! After breakfast start a new year with a ig Apple sightseeing tour including views of the famous museums of history and art, Wall Street and Trump Tower, to name just a few. We also see Battery Park, the Brooklyn Bridge, Carnegie Hall and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Your city tour ends at Rockefeller Center where you climb aboard the elevator to observation deck located at the “Top of the Rock” for a spectacular panoramic view of Manhattan and New York City. Evening at leisure.

This morning we climb aboard our vessel and take to the water for a circle cruise around Manhattan Island. Learn about this incredible city and see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island  on this narrated cruise. In the afternoon we discover the Metropolitan Museum of Art, colloquially "the Met", and is the largest art museum in the United States, and is among the most visited art museums in the world. Evening at leisure. You can walk through famous Times Square and enjoy the amazing atmosphere of this iconic place. 

This day at leisure to explore Big Apple on your own. You can visit the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Guggenheim Museum. See the renowned permanent collection, special exhibitions. Or take in the Empire State Building, a 102-story skyscraper located in Midtown Manhattan,  hit the stores in search of gifts for friends and family. In the evening there’s always a chance to get a ticket to the famous Broadway show.

After breakfast and check–out we will drive to Boston. Lunch on your own on the way. Arrival in Boston in the early evening. Check-in at your hotel.

Over 350 years of history await you on a sightseeing tour of Boston’s historic Freedom Trail, from the Public Garden to the Old North Church. Enjoy free time for lunch at Faneuil Hall before heading to the historic town of Plymouth, site of the “Rock,” and where our forefathers first landed on American soil. Later, we make our way onto Cape Cod. As the sun sets this evening, we’ll prepare for a delicious lobster bake — a New England tradition and the perfect close to this unforgettable day.  

This day at leisure and to explore Boston downtown on your own. Discover the Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area, situated among the islands of Boston Harbor or the New England Aquarium, giant ocean tank with 2000 animals. In addition to the main aquarium building, attractions at the New England Aquarium include the Simons IMAX Theatre. 

After breakfast and check-out from your hotel you will be transferred to airport for your flight home.
